In Family Legacy Coaching, I emphasize the importance of play and inner child work as powerful healing tools. Community Somatic Sessions
To supplement and support my private clients in the healing they desire and require, I founded Soma Relief with an intuitive somatic healer that I’ve worked with for many years — Kira Hunter. Together, we hold monthly community sessions for full-body integrational healing work. Peacefulness & revitalized connection to self and others are the top two sensations our participants experience after Soma Relief sessions.
Like “Anima” means “Soul” in Latin, “Soma” means “Body” in Greek.

Intensives are spaced a minimum of 3-6 weeks apart.
